TOUR GUIDES SERVICE

Our guides are officially licensed by Italian authorities to perform a private guiding service in their respective area.

TRASPORTATION SERVICE

Transportation is provided by licensed insured professional drivers, who are qualified to perform public transportation services all over Europe.

BILLING INFORMATION 

1. 1)Prepay the tour, make a reservation paying the full price of the walking tour or of the shore excursion;

2. 2)Pay just a deposit, make a reservation paying a prior deposit (20% for the shore excursions and50 euros for the walking tours); the balance must be paid in cash the day of the tour.

Please send us your mobile number while traveling, and your full address or your passport number, to be filled in our legal invoice.

Rates do NOT include: client’s meals – food and beverages – gratuities – entrance fees to museums and monuments – anything not expressly mentioned as included, unless differently specified on the programs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

−More than 14 days before date of the requested service: No penalty – 100% refund.

−From 4 to 7 days before the date and time of the requested service: 20% penalty – 80% refund.

−Less than 72 hours and no show: No refund – 100% penalty.

−We don’t give any refund to the clients who pay just a 20% prior deposit. No refund – 100% penalty.

−If you are host on a cruise ship that due to rough sea conditions does not arrive in port or lands very late, you are not responsible for the cancellation of the tour; the money will not be lost: no penalty -100% refund.

Please also note that for all tours including admission fees of Museums/Archaeological Sites/Art galleries/Churches, the cost of the tickets is not refundable. 

CURRENCY Our tours are sold in Euro currency and your credit card will be charged in Euro currency.

We can accept US dollars payments with a 5% extra charge.
